People Consulting for Startups

I provide consulting services for startups setting up their people function, including human resources and organisational wellbeing.

With experience building out human resources and wellbeing services at a multinational firm and a startup, I understand people practices and how these can be applied at growing companies.

I also understand people. I received a masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and am currently completing a PhD in Behavioural Science at University College London.

Services

I work with founders and leadership teams over a focused 6–8 week engagement to clarify and strengthen their people function.

This is a structured and collaborative process, not open-ended consulting. We can focus on a topic or address your people systems more holistically.

Week 1 - Initial intake

During this preliminary session, we discuss your people structure, any pain points you’re experiencing, and where you’d like to go.

Weeks 2-3 - Strategy Sessions

During the second and potentially third session, we develop a roadmap for building or improving upon your people function or addressing any existing issues.

Week 4-6/8 - Implementation

During the remaining 3-5 sessions, we work on implementing the proposed new strategy, solving issues and establishing more functional and sustainable practices.
